About Us

Wadhayes farm is a working family farm on the edge of the Blackdown Hills of approximately 100 acres. We have a herd of pedigree Ruby Red Devon cattle and a flock of sheep. In 2010 we converted the original milking parlour and stables into 3 holiday cottages retaining, where possible, original features and character. All the cottages have real log burners, with logs supplied, underfloor heating, heated towel rails and separate enclosed gardens. We welcome families and pets. Two of the cottages have downstairs bedrooms and disabled access. There is a shared games room with a table tennis table and a small snooker/pool table. There is a track on the farm leading up through the fields and woods with stunning views over the valley, which guests are welcome to explore. Our family have lived on the farm since the 1900's and we take great pleasure from sharing this special spot in East Devon with our guests.

The Games Room

A few years ago our old Cider Barn was restored with a new roof.  We now use it for producing our own apple juice and the upstairs room was turned into a games room. There is a table-tennis table and snooker/pool table for our guests to use whenever they wish.
